What's going on?

Which light's on?

Tap it. We'll know what you're calling about.

No light, just a noise or a smell? Tell us what it's doing and we'll take it from there.

We work on Ford · Chevy · GMC · Ram · Toyota · Nissan · Honda · Jeep · Hyundai · Kia, and most everything else. Gas and diesel.

Warranties

Your warranty stays. Ours is 24 months.

The dealer said it voids your warranty? It doesn't. Federal law says a manufacturer can't make you use the dealer, or their parts, to keep your warranty, unless they're giving them to you free. Keep your receipts; you get one every visit.

Our 24 months or 24,000 miles: Parts and labor, in writing on every invoice.

Straight answers

How soon can you look at it?

Drop it off before work and we call you by lunch with what we found. Brakes, tires, and oil changes are usually same day.

Does my car still need a state inspection?

Not in Gregg County. Texas ended safety inspections for personal cars and trucks on January 1, 2025; you pay a small fee at registration instead. Commercial vehicles still need one, and some big-city counties still test emissions.

Do I pay for the diagnosis if I take it somewhere else?

The diagnosis is its own line on your estimate, so you know the cost before we start. It's yours either way: we write down what we found.

Are your techs certified?

ASE-certified. Texas doesn't license mechanics, so ASE is the credential to ask any shop about.

What kind of parts do you use?

New parts unless you ask otherwise. If a rebuilt part makes sense to save you money, it's on the estimate as rebuilt and you choose.
