The consult
15 minutes, free. Bring the photo of what you want, and one of what you don't. You'll hear the plan and the price before anything starts. New to color here? A patch test comes first (sample).

The appointment
Color takes 2 to 3 hours; a cut, about an hour. Your stylist checks in before each step.

After you leave
Color fades fastest in the first weeks: cooler water and fewer washes help it hold. Your stylist will tell you when a gloss would freshen it.
