Water where it shouldn't be? Don't wait it out.

Text us a photo and a plumber will tell you what it likely is, before anyone drives out. A leak wastes water, and money on your water bill, every hour it runs.

What's going on?

Tell us in your words. We'll take it from there.

  1. No hot water.

Cold showers until it's fixed, and an old tank holds gallons of water right over your floor.

We tell you if it's worth fixing or time to replace, with both prices.

  2. A drain keeps backing up.

One slow drain is usually a clog. Every drain slow at once usually points to the main line.

We clear it and show you what was in there.

  3. The floor is warm in one spot.

A warm spot, a water bill that jumped, or water running when everything's off can mean a leak under the slab.

We find the source before we cut into anything.

  4. The toilet won't stop running.

A worn flapper can leak thousands of gallons a year without a sound.

Often it's one worn part. If it is, we'll say so.

  5. It smells like sewer in here.

Often a drain trap has dried out. If it hasn't, something in the drain or vent needs a look.

We'll tell you which, and what it takes.

What we fix

Four things we're called for most.

No hot water · leaking tank

Water heaters

It quit, it's making noise, or there's water around the base.

Why not wait
Most tank water heaters last about 8 to 10 years. An old tank that starts leaking won't fix itself, and it's sitting on your floor full of water.
What we do
We check the valve, the burner or elements, and the tank, then give you two prices: fix it, or replace it. Your call. Texas cities over 5,000 people require plumbing permits, and a new water heater isn't on the exempt list. If yours needs one, it's part of the job. [CONFIRM: permits pulled by us]

Slow drains · backups · sewer smell

Drains and sewer lines

The sink won't drain, the toilet backs up, or water comes up in the tub when you flush.

Why not wait
One slow drain is usually a clog in that line. When every drain is slow at once, the main line is usually the problem.
What we do
We clear it and show you what was in there. For a main line, a camera shows what's wrong before anyone digs. Sewer smell in a bathroom nobody uses? Run some water down that drain first. That refills the trap, and sometimes that resolves it. [CONFIRM: camera inspection]

Stains · warm floors · high water bill

Leaks and slab leaks

A stain that wasn't there last week, a warm spot on the floor, a water bill that jumped for no reason.

Why not wait
The average household's leaks can waste more than 9,300 gallons of water a year. Water in a wall or under the slab keeps going until it's found.
What we do
We find where the water is coming from before we cut into anything, so you're not paying to open walls on a guess.

Running toilets · dripping faucets · disposals

Toilets, faucets, and disposals

The toilet runs all night, the faucet drips, the disposal hums and does nothing.

Why not wait
A faucet dripping once a second can waste more than 3,000 gallons a year. It's small, but you pay for every drop.
What we do
Often it's one worn part, and we'll say so before we sell you a new one. Swapping a faucet, toilet, or disposal doesn't need a city permit in Texas.

The hidden part

The leak you can't see keeps running.

A drip under a cabinet. Water you hear running when everything's off. One spot on the floor that always feels warm. A leak you can't see keeps running until someone finds it.

Check it yourself in two hours

  1. Read your water meter.
  2. Don't use any water for two hours.
  3. Read it again. If it moved, you probably have a leak.

Meter moved? Text us a photo of it. We'll tell you what that likely means and what to do next.

How it works

No surprise bill at the end.

  1. 1

    Text a photo or call

A plumber answers, not a call center. We'll ask a couple of questions and tell you what it looks like.

  2. 2

    Hear the price first

You get the price before any work starts. If it changes once we're in there, we stop and tell you first.

  3. 3

    Fixed and cleaned up

Shoe covers on, drop cloths down. We show you what we fixed and clean up before we leave.

Before you call

What people ask us first.

Reviews: [CONFIRM: link to Google reviews]

What's this going to cost me?

The state plumbing board doesn't regulate plumbers' prices, so ask how a plumber prices before they start. Ours work like this: a photo helps us tell you what it likely is, and you hear the price before any work starts. Every estimate is in writing. [CONFIRM: trip or diagnostic fee]

Can you come today?

Call and we'll tell you straight when we can be there. [CONFIRM: hours and after-hours calls]

How do I know you're licensed?

Look us up. In Texas, a company can't offer plumbing work without a Responsible Master Plumber, and Master Plumber license numbers start with an M. Ours is below, with a link to the state's license search.

Should I fix my water heater or replace it?

We give you both prices and our honest take. Tank water heaters usually last about 8 to 10 years, so age matters, but it's your call.

Can I check for a leak myself?

Yes. Read your water meter, don't use any water for two hours, and read it again. If it moved, you probably have a leak. For the toilet, put a few drops of food coloring in the tank; if color shows up in the bowl in 10 minutes, it's leaking.
