    A tech comes out and tracks down what's wrong. There's a charge for the visit: we tell you what it is on the phone, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead.

    Before we touch anything. No hidden fees, no surprises on the bill.

    Repair or replace is your call. If they're close, you get both prices.

Weekdays, call by 1 pm and a tech comes the same day. Evenings until 9 and on Sundays, we still pick up, and we can still come out at the after-hours rate. You'll hear the rate on the phone before anyone heads your way.

Can one company really handle AC, plumbing, and electrical?

Yes, and each trade is licensed separately by the state. All three license numbers are on this page, each linked to the state's own lookup, so you can check them before we come out.

Is it worth fixing, or time for a new one?

That's your call, and you'll have the numbers to make it. If a repair and a new AC, water heater, or panel are close, we write up both prices side by side. If you go new, financing is there to spread it out.

What happens when a tech comes out?

A tech looks at what's going on. On an AC call that usually means the thermostat and wiring, the filter and airflow, refrigerant pressures, the capacitor and contactor, the outdoor coil and fan motor, and the drain line. On a plumbing call, it's where the water is coming from, the shutoffs, and the water heater or drain involved. On an electrical call, it's the breaker or outlet acting up, the wiring behind it, and the panel. Then you get the repair price in writing before any work.

Will you try to sell me something new?

Not if a repair makes sense. If repair and replacement are close, you get both prices in writing and you decide.
